Are Your 2026 Goals Still Alive? 60 days ago You Are Your 2026 Goals Still Alive?

You had a plan.
A list.
A vision.

January was full of clarity.
Plans felt powerful.
Energy was high.

Two months gone.
More than 15% of the year behind you.

Are your 2026 goals still alive?
Are they breathing — or have they been quietly buried under meetings, deadlines, and the pace of everyday life?
Are you ahead, on track — or have you already told yourself “I’ll restart in April”?
Are your actions aligned with your 2026 intentions?
Is your calendar reflecting your priorities?
Are you progressing — or just staying busy?

This isn’t pressure.
It’s perspective.

Goals rarely collapse dramatically.
They fade quietly —
through delay, distraction, and diluted focus.

The good news?

There are still 10 months ahead.
Enough time to reset.
Enough time to realign.
Enough time to recommit.

So ask yourself —
👉 Are you 2026 goals still alive?

Because years don’t slip away.
We do. 🌞

People dance For applause. For medals. For the mom People dance
For applause.
For medals.
For the moment.

But some dance
As prayer.
As joy.
As self-expression beyond language.

On “Radhika No Naath To,” Shlok wasn’t performing.
He was conversing.
With rhythm.
With Shyam.
With something higher than himself.

Every move had fire.
Every expression had freedom.
Every beat had belief.

Sensational Shlok.
Spiritual Shyam.
Sublime Swag.

When a soul dances like that,
you don’t just watch —
you witness.

And everyone stood there thinking —
energy like this is not taught.
It is born.

Proud. Blessed. Grateful.

Monday Musings: Who brings light into your life? Monday Musings: Who brings light into your life?

Behind every person who is thriving — There is someone who believed in them first.

- Not when the results came in.
- Not when the promotion was announced.
- Not when the room started clapping.
Before all of that.

Who brings sunshine into your life?

- Not the loudest person in the room.
- Not the most successful.
- Not the most visible.

But the one whose presence changes the temperature of your day.
The person who steadies you when doubt creeps in.

- Who tells you the truth when everyone else tells you what you want to hear.?
- Who challenges you without diminishing you.
- Who makes hard conversations softer.
- Who shows up — not occasionally — but consistently.?
- Who reminds you of your better self.

Light doesn’t always shout.
Sometimes it shows up quietly —
in consistency, in kindness, in courage.

So pause this Monday and ask yourself:

- Who makes you think clearer?
- Who helps you stand taller?
- Who feels like calm in your chaos?
- And have you told them?

So this Monday, don’t just think of your goals, your inbox, your meetings.
Think of them.

Who brings light into your life — and have you told them lately?

Drop their name below. Or just tag them. Let them know. 👇
Maybe today is the day you send that message.
Make that call.

Because light grows when it’s acknowledged.
And gratitude strengthens what truly matters.

Some people don’t just walk beside us —
they illuminate the path. 🌞

Monday Musings: What is your Nobel Peace Prize? Y Monday Musings: What is your Nobel Peace Prize?

Your impossible dream.
Your burning desire.
Your fitoor.
Your junoon.

One of the world leaders is desperately chasing a Nobel Peace Prize.
Athletes dream of Olympic gold.
Actors yearn for an Oscar.
Managements seek BHAG. (Big Hairy Audacious Goal)

But what about you?

What’s that one thing - maybe crazy, maybe impossible - that drives your actions?
Consciously or unconsciously?

Is it love? Is it impact? Is it freedom?
Is it leaving something behind that matters?
Is it proving something to yourself?

Everyone has something that shapes their choices, their sacrifices, their Monday mornings.

What drives YOU?
What is your Nobel Peace Prize?

Monday Musings: How Many Times Will You See Your P Monday Musings: How Many Times Will You See Your Parents?

Life takes us places —
new cities, new countries, new roles, new responsibilities.

In the rush of building careers and chasing futures,
we assume there will always be time.

But time is the only meeting we don’t get to reschedule.

If you see your parents once a month, and they’re in their seventies, you might have fewer than 100 visits left. Once a year? Maybe 10 or 15. The math is uncomfortable, but it’s clarifying.

So this Monday, pause for a moment and reflect —
not with fear, but with presence.

👉 Don’t wait to say thank you.
👉 Don’t wait to express gratitude.
👉 Don’t wait to listen to the same stories again.
👉 Don’t wait to do things their way — not yours.

One day, you’ll wish you had asked one more question.
Sat for one more cup of tea.
Made one more unhurried visit.

Love doesn’t need grand gestures.
It needs now.
It needs attention.
It needs presence.

So today, if you can —
call them.
visit them.
sit with them.

Because the most precious moments in life
are the ones we keep postponing. 🌞

NextGen Innovations Of GenNext! Snapshots from H NextGen Innovations Of GenNext!

Snapshots from Hack Innovate 2026 — a high-energy, two-day innovation marathon hosted by Adani Institute of Digital Technology Management in collaboration with Adani Group

What stood out wasn’t just the tech — but the intent. Young innovators tackling real-world industrial challenges using computer vision, video analytics, mathematical modeling, and supply-chain optimization—under pressure, with clarity, and with ambition. This is exactly where GenNext meets real impact.

Delighted to interact with Srushti Adani, exchange notes on hackathon journeys, Berkeley life, IQVIA days and the intersection of industry and purpose. Conversations like these reinforce why campus ecosystems matter so much.

Congratulations to the winning teams for their creativity, rigor, and problem-solving mindset—and thank you to my fellow judges for the sharp discussions and insights. Jignesh Khandwala Dr. Sanket Ranjanlal Dhurandhar Jay Hathi Ishit Mehta

Special gratitude to Dr.Rama Moondra and the entire AIDTM team. The campus energy was electric—exactly the kind of environment where ideas don’t just compete, they compound.

Monday Musings: What does success look like for yo Monday Musings: What does success look like for you in 2026? ✨

Happy Monday!
Welcome to 2026 and our first Monday Musings of the year - the digital coffee moment inspired by the much cherished ‘Koffee With Karania’ sessions.

As we step into this fresh year, here’s today’s question:
What does success look like for you in 2026?

A new year doesn’t demand more hustle.
It invites more clarity.

Before setting goals, chasing milestones, or writing resolutions, pause for a moment and ask yourself —
not what the world expects,
but what you truly want.

Is success more balance or more boldness?
More peace or more progress?
More impact, or more presence?
More doing — or more being?

Success doesn’t have to look loud or linear.
Sometimes it looks like alignment.
Like saying no without guilt.
Like choosing health, relationships, purpose, and joy — consciously.

Or Showing up fully.
Building something meaningful.
Simply being present.

So today, let’s begin the year gently.
Define success on your terms.

Because the most fulfilling journeys begin with the right definition.

I’d love to hear —
What does success look like for you in 2026?

Share yours in the comments below.
Let’s start this year with clarity and intention.

Mystic Moods of Spiritual Shobhaji at Soulful Sapt Mystic Moods of Spiritual Shobhaji at Soulful Saptak

Saptak Music Festival 2026 is here.
And with it arrives an annual spiritual sojourn.

A gentle relaxation of the soul.
A quiet rejuvenation of the heart.
A deep, almost meditative rewiring of the mind.

The opening night was nothing short of transcendental. Shubha Mudgal guided us through a divine journey—one that lingered long after the final note faded.

Her goosebump-inducing renditions of Raag Malkauns, Raag Maaru Bihag, and the evocative thumri “Bin Bajaai Mori” left the auditorium spellbound—music not just heard, but deeply felt.

The evening opened beautifully with an exquisite sitar–sarod duet by brothers Lakshya and Aayush Mohan Gupta, setting the tone with grace, restraint, and quiet brilliance.

For me, Saptak is more than a music festival. It is a sacred gathering of sound and silence—where maestros and listeners from across the world come together for an experience that is as cultural as it is spiritual.

Held every year from January 1 to 13, Saptak remains one of India’s finest celebrations of Hindustani classical music—and a reminder of how profoundly music can heal, elevate, and connect us.

There was, however, a quiet absence that was deeply felt.
Vidhushi Manju Mehta was missed—so familiar was her presence in the front row, always encouraging, always applauding, always celebrating the artists with childlike joy and deep reverence.

She joined Saptak founder Shri Nandan Mehta—in the heavens, and on the stage—both remembered in a beautifully garlanded frame.

Their legacy lives on in every note, every raga, and every soul that Saptak continues to touch. 🌼

The holiday season is upon us—a gentle pause in an otherwise frantic world.
In the midst of busy calendars, constant notifications, and endless pursuits, this is our moment to slow down.

Monday Musings: What win mattered most to you in 2 Monday Musings: What win mattered most to you in 2025?

As the year comes to a close, not all wins matter equally.
Some look impressive.
Others quietly change who we are.

Pause for a moment and reflect —
Which win truly mattered to you?

Not the loudest. Not the biggest.
The one that mattered most to YOU.

Maybe it was a boundary you set.
A relationship you nurtured.
A promise you kept to yourself.
A moment when you chose courage over comfort.

Monday Musings: What did 2025 teach you? The year Monday Musings: What did 2025 teach you?

The year isn’t over yet — but it has already shaped us.

Through wins, setbacks, surprises, and quiet moments, 2025 has been a teacher.
A patient one.
A relentless one.
A wise one.

Every year leaves us with a lesson.
Some lessons arrive gently.
Some arrive like lightning. ⚡
Some change the way we think.
Some change the way we live.

So pause for a moment today and reflect:
- What did 2025 teach you about yourself?
- What did it teach you about people?
- What did it teach you about resilience, joy, purpose, or presence?
- And how will this lesson carry you into 2026?

Lessons are gifts wrapped in experience.
Sometimes they hurt.
Sometimes they heal.
But they always move us forward.

So tell me —
What’s the most important lesson 2025 taught you?
